Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, government contractors, and institutional customers.
- Promote the company's Solar, LED, Lithium Battery, and EV product portfolio.
- Conduct product presentations and customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events when required.
- Required SkillsStrong B2B Sales and Business Development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of Solar Energy, LED Lighting, Lithium Batteries, or Electrical Products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
