Pantry Boy

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve tea, coffee, drinking water, and other refreshments to employees and visitors.
2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen area, tables, utensils, and related equipment.
3. Wash and properly maintain cups, glasses, plates, spoons, and other pantry utensils.
4. Ensure adequate stock of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, snacks, and other pantry items.
5. Inform the Admin/HR department when pantry supplies are running low.
6. Maintain proper storage of pantry materials and avoid unnecessary wastage.
7. Keep office meeting rooms and common areas clean and ready for use.
8. Serve refreshments during meetings, training programs, and company events.
9. Assist in arranging and cleaning meeting rooms before and after meetings.
10. Handle pantry equipment carefully and report any damage or malfunction.
11. Follow company hygiene, safety, and housekeeping rules.
12. Support the Admin/Housekeeping team in general office work whenever required.

13. Perform other duties assigned by the HR/Admin Manager
