Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain pest control services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide service information.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for inspection or treatment.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and update the database.
- Coordinate with the field service team for appointment scheduling.
- Resolve basic customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
