Avodha is looking for young, energetic professionals, The selected candidates will be designated as Academic Consultants, and will be responsible for scheduling and conducts structured counseling sessions. Through these sessions, the ACs analyse a student's need for Avodha and helps him/her buy the course. ACs at Avodha are enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of skill development.

So, if you love interacting with people, are extremely student-centric and are committed to spread personalized learning, then we are looking for you.0 - 3 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience is preferable. Freshers can also apply.

Job Description:

•Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies.

•Advise students about academic requirements and selection of courses.

•Monitor student registration activities and recommend solutions to academic difficulties

•Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

•Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

•Research and identify new market opportunities.

•Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

•Calling customer and setting up online appoints.

• Strong communication & Presentation skills

•30 connected calls need to be made all working days in an effort to counsel the college students.

• Conduct Seminars and webinars.

• Revenue target 4X

•Flexibility in working on different shifts/at different times.
