CRM Executive

· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

· Maintain and update customer records, inquiries, and sales data in Excel/CRM software.

· Perform accurate data entry and database management.

· Draft emails, letters, quotations, proposals, and other business correspondence.

· Prepare reports, MIS, and sales-related documents.

· Coordinate with customers and internal departments for documentation and follow-ups.

· Assist in preparing agreements, application forms, and sales documentation.

· Achieve monthly business goals.

· Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of queries.

· Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for customer loan processing and loan

disbursement.

· Prepare and submit APF (Approved Project Finance) applications to banks.

· Follow up with banks for APF approvals and project documentation requirements.

· Assist customers in completing home loan documentation and application processes.

· Track loan sanction, disbursement status, and maintain related records.

· Draft customer correspondence, letters, and bank-related documents.

· Prepare and review booking forms, allotment letters, agreements, and other sales documentation.

· Coordinate with legal and accounts teams for agreement execution and registration processes.

· Maintain accurate records of customer documents, loan files, and project approvals.

·      Ensure timely completion of all customer documentation.
