Job Description
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: Any qualification (Skills and practical experience matter more than formal education)
Responsibilities
- Manage complete fabrication plant operations.
- precision work. Dimensional sound
- Plan and achieve daily production targets.
- Handle cutting, welding, fabrication, assembly, painting, and dispatch.
- Recruit and manage shop-floor labour and supervisors.
- Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and efficient use of manpower.
- Independently coordinate RITES inspections and related documentation with minimal owner involvement.
- Maintain machinery, inventory, and production records.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth plant operations.
- Take ownership of completing work on time and solving production challenges.
- Be proactive, self-driven, and willing to learn new processes and products.
Required Skills
- Leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of fabrication and welding processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
