About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding client requirements, explaining our legal, compliance, taxation, registration and corporate advisory services, and converting leads into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate service/package.
• Explain Finlegalforte's services, pricing, process and timelines to prospective clients.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper lead status.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Legal/Compliance team after successful conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Generate repeat business and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the reporting manager.
• Stay updated about company services, offers and ongoing campaigns.

• Hindi and English communication preferred
• Prior experience in B2B, legal services, CA/CS services, fintech or corporate services will be an advantage.
