Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Debt Recovery Agent

Job Summary :

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive (Debt Recovery Agent) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan payments, following up on outstanding dues, and helping customers make timely repayments while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.
• Follow up with customers to collect pending dues.
• Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
• Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
• Update customer information in the CRM/system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.
• Eligibility Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, collections, or debt recovery is an advantage.

Required Skills :

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Office preferred).
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
