Part-Time Client Relationship Executive – Financial Services We are looking for a Part-Time Client Relationship Executive to assist with client acquisition, relationship management, and customer support for our stock broking & financial services business.

Key Responsibilities • Contact potential clients through leads provided by the company and assist in converting interested prospects into clients.

• Assist new clients with Demat & trading account opening and onboarding.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with existing clients.

• Follow up with clients regarding missed SIPs, pending requests, service-related issues, and other client requirements.

• Inform clients about available financial products and services such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Demat & Trading Accounts, and other financial services offered by the company.

• Assist existing clients with service requests, plan modifications, account-related queries, and other support requirements.

• Understand client concerns and help resolve their issues or coordinate with the appropriate team when required.

• Maintain proper records of client conversations, follow-ups, and pending requests.

• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.

Candidate Requirements• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Good spoken English and Hindi communication skills

• Must be comfortable communicating with both Hindi-speaking and English-speaking clients

• Good interpersonal, convincing, and client-handling skills

• Comfortable speaking with clients over phone calls

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge

• Ability to follow up with clients consistently and professionally

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Banking, Insurance, Stock Broking, or Financial Services will be preferred.

Working Hours: Approximately 1-2 hours per day

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
