Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert to improve our website's organic search performance, increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, experience with on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Track, measure, and report SEO performance using KPIs such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and implement necessary optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–5+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and mobile SEO.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with content optimization and link-building strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO.
- Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO.
- Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Growth in organic website traffic.
- Improvement in keyword rankings.
- Increase in qualified leads and conversions.
- Higher domain authority and backlink quality.
- Improved Core Web Vitals and technical SEO health.
- Increased click-through rate (CTR) and reduced bounce rate.
