Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales (Event Management, Hospitality, Advertising, Marketing, or related industry preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Graduate)

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and present suitable event solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to generate business.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client-handling and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Preferred CandidatesExperience in Event Management, Hospitality, Wedding Planning, Advertising, or BTL/Marketing agencies.
• Existing network of corporate clients will be an added advantage.
