Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily calls to new and existing leads.
  • Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer requirements, quantity, budget, customization, and delivery needs.
  • Share product catalogues, quotations, and product details.
  • Follow up regularly on quotations and pending enquiries.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, customization, stock, and delivery.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
