About the Role

We are hiring Business Development Associates for an Axis Bank off-roll field sales profile. This is a complete field sales and customer acquisition role, where candidates will be required to travel within their assigned area and generate new business for Axis Bank.

What Will You Do

• Visit customers and potential customers in the assigned area.
• Generate new leads through field visits and customer interactions.
• Explain Axis Bank's banking products and services to customers.
• Acquire new customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the Axis Bank branch/team for customer onboarding and business requirements.
• Regularly report sales activities and customer updates to the reporting manager.
• Candidates should be comfortable with daily field visits and travelling as part of the job.

Working HoursWorking hours will be as per Axis Bank/banking hours.

Candidates should be comfortable working during regular banking hours and carrying out field visits as required during the working day.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Maximum age: 28 years.
• Must have a 2-wheeler (Bike/Scooty).
• Must have a valid Driving License.
• Should have all semester marksheets.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales, travelling and customer interaction.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales role.

Salary & Benefits

• Take-Home Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹18,000 per month
• CTC: Approx. ₹2.48 LPA
• Performance Incentives: Applicable
• Petrol Allowance: Not provided
• Branch Allocation: Nearest Axis Bank branch will be allocated based on the candidate's residential location.
