Job Title: Recruitment Manager (Work From Home)

Location: Remote (Delhi Candidates Preferred)

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹72,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to work remotely and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will identify hiring needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, track recruitment targets, and ensure timely hiring to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from the business.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop for remote work.
