MIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports.
• Track collection, recovery, achievement and productivity.
• Prepare Agent-wise, TL-wise and Process-wise performance reports.
• Monitor Target vs. Achievement and highlight performance gaps.
• Manage Bucket-wise collection MIS.
• Prepare DSR, MTD, WTD and monthly dashboards.
• Maintain accurate and updated operational databases.
• Coordinate with Operations/TLs for data validation and reconciliation.
• Provide management with performance insights and actionable reports.
• Handle incentive, productivity and ad-hoc MIS requirements.
• Improve and automate existing MIS/reporting processes.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in MIS, preferably in BPO Collections/Recovery/BFSI.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
• Must know Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, Charts & Dashboards.
• Good understanding of Collections & Recovery KPIs.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage MIS and reports.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in Personal Loan, LPL, Bucket X, Penal Recovery, Bad Debt or Telecalling Collections will be preferred.

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month

Experience: 1–2 Years

Immediate Joiners preferred.
