• Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
• Visit dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to build strong business relationships.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Meet monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer acquisition.
• Promote the company's brand through online and offline marketing activities.
• Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
