Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate visa guidance for Work, PR, Tourist & Dependent categories.
* Evaluate client profiles and suggest suitable countries/programs.
* Assist clients throughout the visa process — eligibility check, documentation, SOPs, filing &
submission.
* Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
* Stay updated with immigration rules & embassy requirements.
* Prepare & verify documents for accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain client records in CRM and follow up regularly.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Counseling, Documentation, Sales).
* Ensure high-quality customer experience.
