About the RoleBeauty Gang India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities, especially recruitment and employee coordination. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
• Coordinate with payroll/HRMS for salary and attendance-related activities.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in implementing company HR policies and processes.
• Prepare basic HR reports and MIS.
• Handle day-to-day employee coordination and HR administration.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with HRMS/recruitment portals will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Someone who is proactive, responsible, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume recruitment, particularly for sales and field positions.
