E-Commerce Manager

Job Title: E-commerce Manager – Marketplace & Quick-Commerce Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to own end-to-end operations across major fashion/beauty marketplaces (Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio) and quick-commerce platform (Blinkit). The ideal candidate will manage seller panels, drive performance marketing (ads), handle reconciliation and payments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all listed platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Seller Panel Management

• Manage seller/partner accounts on Myntra Partner Portal, Nykaa Seller Panel, Ajio Seller Hub, and Blinkit Seller Portal
• Handle product listings, catalog uploads, content optimization (titles, images, descriptions), and pricing updates
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability across all platforms
• Monitor account health scores, ratings, and compliance metrics on each platform
• Resolve listing errors, catalog rejections, and platform escalations

Advertising & Growth

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Myntra Ads, Nykaa Ads, Ajio Ads, and Blinkit Ads Manager
• Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and sponsored placements
• Track ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics; optimize campaigns for performance
• Run promotions, deals, and participate in platform sale events (BBD, EORS, etc.)

Reconciliation & Finance

• Perform regular reconciliation of orders, returns, payments, and commissions across all platforms
• Cross-check payment settlements against sales reports; flag and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with finance team on GST invoicing, credit notes, and platform deductions
• Track and follow up on pending payments, chargebacks, and claims

Operations & Coordination

• Manage order processing, dispatch timelines, and return/refund workflows
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely fulfillment and reduced RTOs
• Liaise with platform category managers/account managers for growth opportunities
• Analyze sales data, prepare MIS reports, and present performance insights to management
• Stay updated on platform policy changes, new features, and seller guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management (fashion/beauty/FMCG preferred)
• Hands-on expertise with Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio seller panels and Blinkit seller portal
• Strong understanding of marketplace advertising tools and campaign optimization
• Experience in reconciliation, P&L tracking, and vendor/settlement reports
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables); familiarity with Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple platforms and meet deadlines
