👨‍💼 Job RoleWe are looking for target-oriented Telecallers / Customer Support Executives for our Ayurvedic Hospital process.

📌 Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Explain Ayurvedic treatments and hospital services

• Follow up with interested customers

• Convince customers to visit the hospital

• Generate & convert leads into appointments

• Schedule doctor appointments

• Maintain customer and call records

• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups

✅ Requirements• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Ayurvedic Telecalling

• Ayurvedic Hospital experience will be an advantage

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines/treatments

• Basic computer knowledge

• Comfortable working with targets

• Willing to visit Paschim Vihar Hospital when required
