Job Description
We are looking for a capable candidate who could assure 100% success to the following KRA,
- Order Processing which includes order confirmation of Amazon Orders.
- Resolving Issues of Customers
- Maintain data for RTOs and Returns of any kind
- Coordinate with warehouse team to dispatch replacement parts on time.
- Provide weekly update on returns and claims.
- Maintain healthy relationships with Account Managers.
- Keep return rate under 5%.
- Coordinate with Delivery partners to dispatch and deliver orders on time.
- Making lists of baby stores to keep our products.
- Make Catalogues as per client demands.
