Job Description

Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Company: Planwey Global Services Pvt. Ltd.

Industry: Electric Vehicle (EV) Service Workshop

Location: Mohan Estate / Gurugram / Ghazipur

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with customers for vehicle servicing and delivery.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on service status.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop technicians.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
