Job Profile: We are hiring Collection Executives for tele calling process. Candidate should have good communication skills and ability to handle customer payment follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

✔ Handle collection calls for pending payments

✔ Follow-up with customers on calls/messages

✔ Maintain daily collection records

✔ Resolve customer payment queries

✔ Achieve monthly targets

Required Skills:

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Tele calling / collection experience preferred

✔ Target-oriented & confident personality

Qualification:🎓 12th Pass / Graduate
