🎯 Immediate Joiners Required
Position: Collection / Recovery Executive (Telecaller)
💰 Salary: ( depend on your interview )
🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
📍Location - Uttam nagar west
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Prior experience in Bucket X collection process .
- Experience in handling customer calls, payment follow-ups, and PTP (Promise To Pay).
- Strong negotiation and customer convincing skills.
- Ability to manage assigned collection pool effectively.
- Call customers for overdue payment recovery.
- Follow up on pending EMIs and bills.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments.
- Maintain call records and collection updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass or above.
Basic Hindi & English communication skills.
Minimum 2 year of experience in Collections/Recovery/Telecalling.
Basic computer knowledge.
