Job Description
Tomato Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine and be proficient in preparing a wide variety of dishes, including momos, noodles, fried rice, dim sum, stir-fried dishes, soups, sauces, and other Chinese specialties. The chef will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, managing cooking processes, and ensuring all dishes meet company quality standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing and shaping different varieties of momos, maintaining inventory, organizing the workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards, minimizing food wastage, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
