Position SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic English & General Awareness Faculty to teach aspirants preparing for various government competitive examinations. Candidates who are comfortable using technology for online/hybrid classes and willing to contribute to academic development will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Competitive English for Banking, SSC, Railway, OSSC, OSSSC, and similar examinations.
• Teach General Awareness and Current Affairs (preferred).
• Cover topics including Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Cloze Test, Error Detection, Sentence Improvement, Para Jumbles, Fill in the Blanks, and other competitive English topics.
• Prepare lesson plans, study notes, assignments, mock tests, and question papers.
• Conduct classroom discussions, doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and performance evaluation.
• Guide students on examination strategy and effective preparation techniques.
• Conduct online and hybrid classes using Google Meet or similar platforms whenever required.
• Coordinate with the academic team regarding class schedules, study materials, and student progress.
• Contribute to academic content development and other educational activities of the academy.
• Required SkillsEssentialExcellent command of English language and grammar.
• Good knowledge of General Awareness and Current Affairs (preferred).
• Strong classroom teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
• PreferredExperience in coaching for Banking, SSC, Railway, OSSC, or OSSSC examinations.
• Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, or hybrid classroom teaching.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) will be an added advantage.
• QualificationGraduate or Postgraduate in English or any discipline with excellent English proficiency.
• Experience in coaching competitive examinations will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent subject knowledge, communication skills, and teaching aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
