Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate (Female)

Company: Kurinjee Promoters Pvt Ltd

Location: Gandhipuram / Coimbatore

Experience: Freshers welcome / 0-1 year (Real Estate experience a plus)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days/Week (Sunday Leave)

  • Attend incoming customer calls and explain project details clearly
  • Follow up persistently with enquiries to fix site visits
  • Convert marketing-generated calls into qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enquiry status
  • Coordinate with the CRM/Sales team on lead handovers

Requirements:

  • Any degree (or 12th pass with good communication)
  • Good communication skills; soft-spoken and customer-friendly
  • Patient, polite, and consistent in follow-ups
  • Basic computer/data entry skills preferred
