Senior Telesales Associate

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused *Telesales & Order Entry Executive* to manage daily outbound calls, take customer orders, and accurately enter them into our ERP system.

This person will be the voice of our company on the phone and play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities*

- *Make outbound calls daily* to existing customers to collect orders and build relationships

- *Take inbound orders* over the phone with accuracy and professionalism

- *Enter all orders into the ERP system* with correct product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details

- Follow up on pending orders, confirm delivery schedules, and address basic customer queries

- Maintain updated customer records and call logs in the system

- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment

- Achieve daily/weekly order targets as set by management

*Requirements*

- *Excellent spoken English* - clear communication and phone etiquette is a must

- Comfortable *making 50-80+ calls per day* and talking to customers consistently

- Prior experience in telesales, order taking, or customer support preferred

- Basic computer skills + experience working on *ERP/CRM software* is a plus

- Good typing speed and attention to detail for order entry

- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willing to work 6 days a week

- Graduate in any stream. Freshers with great communication skills can apply
