Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and handle walk-in inquiries professionally.
  • Receive garments, tag them accurately, and create customer bills.
  • Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
  • Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely order processing.
  • Inform customers when orders are ready for pickup.
  • Maintain customer records and daily billing.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass (Any degree is an added advantage).
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: As per experience

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
