Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets through calls and online communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations when required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Hindi communication will be an added advantage.

Required Qualification

• Any Degree / Diploma.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Support.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Experience: 6 months - 3 years
