Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive Trainee role based in Coimbatore. The trainee will support the sales team in promoting machinery solutions, understanding client requirements, and preparing proposals and quotations. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, prospect follow-up, coordinating product demonstrations, and assisting in negotiations under the guidance of senior sales professionals. The role also involves market research, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. The trainee will participate in regular training to build product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Any degree qualification.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Hindi is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site in Coimbatore, with flexibility to travel to client locations when required.
• Strong interest in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or engineering-driven products; ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare clear reports and sales documentation.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively within a sales and cross-functional team.
