Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·      Identify and develop new industrial customers and business opportunities.

·      Manage existing customer relationships and generate repeat business.

·      Conduct customer visits and understand lubrication, maintenance and application requirements.

·      Recommend suitable products such as hydraulic oils, gear oils, cutting fluids, greases and specialty lubricants.

·      Coordinate product trials, technical evaluations and customer feedback.

·      Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into orders.

·      Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.

·      Support collection follow-up and ensure timely payment from customers.

·      Collect market intelligence on products, pricing, competitors and customer requirements.

·      Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, product presentations and marketing activities.
