Junior Engineer Trainee (JET)
Position: Junior Engineer Trainee
Location: Coimbatore and Hosur
Experience: Freshers – 0 to 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering / EEE / Automation
Diploma – Mechanical / EEE / Automation
B.Sc - Physics
Job Responsibilities
Assist the engineering and production teams in day-to-day operations.
Understand and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and process specifications.
Support production activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Assist in machine/process monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
Perform basic inspection and measurement of components using measuring instruments.
Follow 5S, safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Learn and gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes and equipment.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Strong learning attitude and interest in manufacturing/engineering.

This role is ideal for fresh engineering and diploma graduates who want to build their career in Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering, or Machine Operations
