Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate (HNI Sales)
Company: Kurinjee Promoters Pvt Ltd
Location: Coimbatore / Mettupalayam
Experience: 6+ years (Real Estate industry, HNI/Industrial client handling mandatory)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives (per plot sold + project closure bonus)
Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days/Week (Sunday working)
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage HNI (High Net-worth) and industrial clients
- Sell high-value commercial & residential plots
- Own end-to-end sales operations for one assigned project
- Generate leads independently through personal network + company leads
- Set and drive sales targets for the team
- Monitor and support the sales manager of another project
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, site visits, and closures
Requirements:
- Any graduate
- Minimum 1+ years in Real Estate sales
- Proven experience handling HNI/large clients
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, well-presented
