Job Description
Accounts & Finance Manager
Location: Sharp Nagar, Kalapatti Main road,Coimbatore-641048
Industry: Manufacturing
Experience: Minimum 8–12 Years as a Accounts manager in any manufacturing industry,
Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com
Salary: Maximum gross 50 K PM
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow.
- Prepare budgets, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management.
- Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain internal financial controls and compliance.
- Lead and develop the Accounts team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Experience in manufacturing accounting and cost accounting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Tally Prime.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- Ability to work independently and support business decisions.
- Experience in budgeting, costing, audits, and statutory compliance.
