Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Electrical O&M activities of the Chemical Plant / Fertilizer Plant / Metal Industry.
- Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Maintain HT/LT systems, Transformers, Switchgears, MCC, PCC, Motors, VFDs, UPS, DG Sets and Electrical Panels.
- Execute shutdown maintenance, commissioning activities and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ensure equipment reliability, power availability and compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Lead the electrical maintenance team and coordinate with operations.
- Maintain SAP PM/MIS reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.
- Follow HSE practices including PTW, LOTO and 5S.
- Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Chemical Plant / Metal Industry / Fertilizer Plant Electrical Maintenance (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT distribution systems, Motors, VFDs, MCC/PCC and Switchgears.
- Experience in DCS/PLC-based process plants and commissioning activities.
- Good electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, PTW & LOTO.
- SAP PM knowledge preferred.
