About the Role

We are looking for a Female Customer Support Executive to join our Events & Travel company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be confident in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings for both Events and Travel services.

• Job Responsibilities
• Events
• Attend inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Convert event enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Explain our event services, pop-up stalls, corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, and other event packages.
• Handle vendor enquiries and convert them into stall bookings.
• Follow up with customers until the booking is confirmed.
• Coordinate with the Events team for smooth execution.
• Maintain customer records and update booking details.
• Ensure upcoming events are marketed and bookings are secured before the current event concludes.
• Attend event venues whenever required to handle clients, vendors, registrations, and event coordination.
• Attend client meetings whenever scheduled.
• Travel
• Handle travel enquiries from customers.
• Explain travel packages, itineraries, and tour details.
• Assist customers with flight ticketing and travel bookings.
• Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with the Travel team for smooth customer service.
• Submit daily work reports and customer follow-ups to the Admin.

Training will be provided for both Events and Travel.

• Requirements
• Female candidates only.
• Age: 23–28 years.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Hindi and/or Urdu will be an added advantage.
• Good computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, Internet).
• Strong communication, customer handling, and convincing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Experience in Customer Support, Sales, Events, or Travel is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

• Salary: ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
