Job Description
A telecaller contacts prospective or existing customers by phone to promote products, generate leads, or handle support queries
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls or answer inbound calls from clients.
- Pitch products or services using clear sales scripts.
- Answer questions and solve customer problems.
- Overcome objections and close sales deals.
- Record customer details and order notes in a CRM database. [1, 2, 3]
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clear and friendly communication skills.
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Basic computer and database software knowledge.
