Admission Counsellor Company: We Shine Academy

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert admission enquiries.
• Explain course features, fee structure, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.
• Maintain enquiry records, admission data, and daily follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with faculty and the administration team for smooth admission processing.
• Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong customer service attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
