Job Description

Key Responsibilities (IMMIDIATE JOINERS PREFERED)

  • Business Development: Identify commercial, industrial, or residential solar prospects and build strategic channel partnerships.
  • Sales Management: Oversee full sales cycles from lead generation and site visits to contract negotiation and final closure.
  • Team Leadership: Coach sales staff, set performance quotas, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and estimation teams to design optimized PV or BESS solutions and bid documents.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor metrics, pricing structures, and regional renewable energy policies.
