Job Description

  • Nature of Work: Valuation (Civil Engineering)Conduct valuation of residential, commercial, and industrial properties in and around Chennai.
  • Perform site visits to assess property conditions, measurements, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Prepare technical valuation reports based on field observations and market data.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to valuation methodologies.
  • Two-wheeler required for site visits.
  • basic Knowelage of Word and exel softwere
