Boots India is a leading manufacturer of premium industrial safety shoes, supplying high-quality safety footwear to construction companies, manufacturing industries, warehouses, engineering firms, logistics companies, automotive industries, and other industrial sectors across India.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with industrial clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit industrial areas, factories, manufacturing units, warehouses, and construction sites to generate new business.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the features and benefits of Boots India's safety shoes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, factory managers, safety officers, and procurement teams.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify competitors and new business opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update customer interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and customer support teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in meeting clients independently.
• Ability to understand industrial customer requirements.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Good time management and territory planning skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Preferred Qualification12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (Industrial products, PPE, safety equipment, footwear, hardware, or B2B sales preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
• RequirementsValid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Willingness to travel daily.
• Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication.
