Job Overview

Consal Boutique is looking for an energetic, customer-friendly Women’s Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Velachery. If you love fashion, styling, and helping women look their best, we want you! You will assist walk-in customers, understand their clothing preferences, and ensure excellent in-store service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients and understand their requirements.
• Guide customers through our collections and help them style outfits.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing display of clothes.
• Handle basic billing, inventory tracking, and stock management.
• Assist with customer feedback, alteration requests, and order inquiries.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 3 years in retail sales, fashion boutiques, or clothing stores. Freshers with a strong interest in fashion are welcome!
• Languages: Fluency in Tamil and English is prefered. Basic conversational Hindi is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Good communication skills, a friendly personality, and an active interest in women's apparel.
• Location: Must be able to commute daily to Velachery, Chennai.
