Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Generate leads through references, walk-ins, telecalling, and digital channels.
  • Conduct customer meetings and explain policy features and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Ensure timely policy documentation and application processing.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/HRMS.
  • Stay updated with insurance products and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer support.
