Job Description

Sales & Leasing

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads across residential sales and commercial leasing
  • Conduct client calls, follow-ups, and relationship management via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinate and manage site visits with prospective clients
  • Convert leads into closures and support negotiations

 

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Prepare marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and property listings
  • Assist in executing digital campaigns and tracking lead sources

 

Client Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and clients to ensure smooth deal closure
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions

 

CRM & Reporting

  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions systematically
  • Maintain databases of clients, brokers, and channel partners
