1. Customer Relationship Management

2. Sales & Retention Support

• Coordinate with showroom sales teams to drive repeat sales and customer retention.
• Inform customers about new collections, offers, schemes, and loyalty programs.

3. CRM Data & Reporting

• Ensure accuracy of customer data entry and documentation.
• Generate basic CRM reports related to customer visits, conversions, and retention metrics.
• Track campaign responses and customer engagement outcomes.

4. Campaign & Loyalty Program Coordination

• Execute CRM campaigns such as festive promotions, seasonal offers, and personalized outreach.
• Assist in managing loyalty programs and customer reward initiatives.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and share insights with showroom management.
