Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- 🔍 Identify and reach out to customers with active loans who qualify for interest rate reduction.
- 📞 Initiate contact via calls, messages, or in-person meetings to explain potential savings and benefits.
- 📊 Analyze customer loan profiles and repayment history to determine eligibility for better rates.
- 💬 Educate customers on revised loan terms, EMI benefits, and long-term financial impact.
- 📝 Assist in documentation and processing of interest rate revisions or loan transfers.
- 🤝 Build trust and rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- 📈 Collaborate with backend teams to ensure accurate processing and timely updates.
- 🧾 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, revised terms, and follow-ups.
- 🎯 Achieve monthly targets for number of interest rate reductions and customer conversions.
