Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

·        Identify potential customers interested in buying residential plots and properties.

·        Make calls and follow up with prospective customers.

·        Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and property benefits.

·        Arrange site visits and show properties to customers.

·        Negotiate with customers and help close sales.

·        Maintain customer details and follow up regularly.

·        Achieve monthly sales targets.

·        Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
