Job Description
Medical Representative – Paediatric
Key Responsibilities: Territory Account Management: Field Influencing: Deliver 8-10 calls per day to Paediatrician. Deliver lunch & learns when required to maximize influencing time. Coverage Routing: Develop and execute an efficient route plan within territory to enable 95-100% reach of assigned Paediatricians. Manage Individual Expense Budgets: manage territory/coverage within budget. Call Report Management: Report all calls in a timely fashion Customer Service: Return customer calls and handle all individual requests. Business/Organizational Development: Action Plan: Develop territory action plan consistent within territory. Meetings/Conference Calls: Attend and actively engage in all conference calls and face to face meetings as assigned. Data Analysis: Analyse reports weekly/monthly and create a business review on a quarterly basis.
