Role Overview

Chai Waale is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Executive to join our Head Office Operations Team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operations, inventory management, reporting, vendor coordination, and process improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities across stores and the Head Office.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth business operations
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reports.
• Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support new store openings, operational rollouts, and project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation related to inventory, vendor management, audits, and operational records.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in Operations, Retail, QSR, Hospitality, FMCG, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of PETPOOJA Software
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
